Responsibilities
Prepare, monitor, and update program requirements and spend plans
Maintain budget tracks at the program and project level
Support the formulation and review of budget estimates and requirements for new and existing initiative
Analyze program performance and progress, and make recommendations regarding whether planned resources are sufficient to accomplish assigned goals and objectives; propose resource adjustments as required

Required
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI OR ABOVE CLEARANCE
Experience with financial management systems such as NEAR, NFIS, FIT, FIRsT, EpX Studio, Galaxy, and other NRO financial management tools
Entry Level: BA in a Technical or Business Related discipline, and 1 year of experience, or High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
Intermediate Level: BA in a Technical or Business Related discipline, and 6 years of experience, or High School Diploma and 10 years of experience
Senior Level: BA in a Technical or Business Related discipline, and 12 years of experience, or High School Diploma and 16 years of experience
