Mid LevelNOVALINK SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a FHIR Interoperability Specialist for the Tennessee Department of Health's Office of Informatics and Analytics. This role involves coordinating public health FHIR interoperability activities and supporting HL7 FHIR interoperability projects to enhance interface interoperability across the department.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support public health FHIR interoperability activities and related projects
Work closely with interoperability subject matter experts in OIA, various TDH divisions and program areas, and the state IT division
Contribute significantly to strategic FHIR specific projects
Build agency-level readiness and capacity to adopt public health FHIR solutions
Develop a TDH FHIR roadmap
Support HL7 FHIR interoperability projects such as HL7 Helios FHIR Accelerator focus areas
Support TDH electronic data interchange (EDI) Interoperability Infrastructure & Architecture enhancement activities in alignment with TDH data modernization efforts
Get exposure and experience in the use and development of interoperability standards, like HL7
Work on a wide range of informatics projects including system integration, system interoperability, electronic health record implementation, and specific public health reporting projects
Assist with emergency response situations when necessary
Qualification
Required
Coordinate and support public health FHIR interoperability activities and related projects
Work closely with other members and interoperability subject matter experts in OIA, various TDH divisions and program areas, and the state IT division, Strategic Technology Solutions (STS)
Support HL7 FHIR interoperability projects
Contribute significantly to strategic FHIR specific projects
Build agency-level readiness and capacity to adopt public health FHIR solutions
Develop a TDH FHIR roadmap
Support HL7 FHIR interoperability projects such as HL7 Helios FHIR Accelerator focus areas
Support TDH electronic data interchange (EDI) Interoperability Infrastructure & Architecture enhancement activities

Work on a wide range of informatics projects including system integration, system interoperability, electronic health record implementation, and specific public health reporting projects
Be eligible to work in the US
