HubSpot Specialist
Bluleadz is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist who will strategize and execute clients' marketing and sales enablement activities within HubSpot CRM. The role involves leading client projects, customizing HubSpot configurations, managing data integrity, and providing training to clients for ongoing success.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle of multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables stay on schedule and meet Bluleadz quality standards
Lead regular technical discovery sessions with clients to identify business objectives, technical challenges, and key success metrics for custom implementations
Translate client requirements into bespoke HubSpot configurations, ensuring the platform is customized to their specific operational needs across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
Architect and execute lead nurturing, demand generation, and complex automated workflows within the HubSpot Marketing Hub
Manage full-scale data migrations into HubSpot CRM, including data mapping, custom property creation, and list segmentation
Design and implement deal stages, pipelines, and Sales Hub tools like chatbots and live chat to optimize the buyer's journey
Build custom dashboards and campaign reports to provide strategic analysis and prove ROI for client projects
Develop comprehensive documentation and provide hands-on training to empower clients to manage their custom HubSpot environment post-launch
Qualification
Required
Multi-Hub Administrative Experience: 2-5+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator with deep technical knowledge across multiple hubs including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns
Must be a self-starter and extremely motivated to achieve success without being told what to do
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp)
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred
2-5+ years of client-facing experience in an agency setting preferred
Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)
