Test Technician
Scuttlebutt Services, LLC is seeking a Test Technician responsible for testing faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions. The role involves maintaining equipment logs and ensuring that industrial equipment functions properly through inspection and repairs.

Responsibilities
Performs inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair of systems, components, and other products, using established procedures
Set up and configure test fixtures, mechanical and/or electrical controls, cabling, power sources, and measuring instruments
Conduct and log routine preventative maintenance of test fixtures and equipment
Maintain equipment logs that record performance, problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests
Setup and test industrial equipment to ensure that it functions properly
Evaluate message listings and digital content for appropriate formatting for each product type
Inspect components of equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for defects, such as loose connections or frayed wires
Compile and submit required repair reports, and work timesheets
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware/software including but no limited to applications and programming
Knowledge of machines and tools including but not limited to their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate performance
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications is also required, including but not limited to Word and PowerPoint
Prior experience with facilities management software and enterprise resource planning ERP software required
