Responsibilities

Strategic Process Transformation & Integration
Lead the evolution of BETiq’s finance-related processes, ensuring that the data feeding Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) saturation curves are accurate and lead to reliable investment recommendations
Orchestrate the integration of Finance and BETiq workflows, managing the complexities of two distinct operational timelines and their numerous interdependencies
Continuously identify bottlenecks in the finance-to-analytics pipeline and implement structural changes to improve agility
Innovation & Financial Solutions Architecture
Maintain and evolve the "ROI Waterfall" solution to reconcile and compare actualized ROI in Compass against BETiq recommendations
Optimize P&L reporting by leveraging automated solutions, when possible, to reduce the need for manual finance submissions
Data Governance & Integrity Management
Manage a rigorous data integrity process by identifying and leveraging the most relevant data sources, whether it is Compass, SAP, etc
Global Standardization & Leadership
Serve as the US Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BETiq Finance, acting as a lead resource for both Global and Local CDMO leads to standardize processes based on established best practices
Act as the primary liaison between corporate BETiq teams and local Finance organizations
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Data Analytics, Adoption teams, External Consultants, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and project success
Ad Hoc Analysis
Suppport priorities for CDMO eComm initiatives – eg preparation materials for President’s meeting, 3 year outlook, etc

Required

Ability to see the 'big picture' of how finance impacts marketing effectiveness
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong background in corporate finance, P&L management, and financial reporting systems (specifically Compass and SAP)
Exceptional ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external consultants at both a local and global level
