Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash
Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots
Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, and water fountains
Vacuum and mop hard floors and shampoo carpets
Maintain parking lots, landscaping, emergency exits, roof drains and equipment
Plow and salt parking lot
Other duties as assigned
The position will work a schedule of Monday-Thursday (4x10) 6am-4pm (6th shift)

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must have a strong attendance record
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
Must be able to wear a respirator
The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds
