Responsibilities
Develop and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca
Create model-based and data-driven test scenarios
Validate business and functional requirements efficiently
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Log, track, and manage defects with clear steps, severity, and impact
Retest fixes and support regression cycles using Tosca
Perform system, regression, and service pack acceptance testing
Ensure system stability and reliability
Follow Georgia IT security and privacy standards
Handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly
Manage test data and maintain test documentation
Document test processes and execution results
Mentor and train junior testers on Tosca best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca
Strong understanding of system testing methodologies and best practices
Hands-on experience in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases
Experience with test case documentation and test reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Preferred
Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or Level 2 certification
