Responsibilities
Ensuring your program’s mission and services are carried out effectively and efficiently
Maintaining compliance with government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations
Supervising program staff and identifying training needs based on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment
Managing program budgets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and 5 years of experience
Associates degree and 4 years of experience
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience
1 year of experience should be in a supervisory role
Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required within 6 months of hire
A driver's license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle
Must be flexible to adjust schedule to meet program needs including evening or weekends
Requires On-Call availability
