10+ years expPerdue Farms, Inc. is expanding its Data Analytics team and is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead and develop the analytics enablement team. This role is focused on advancing analytics maturity across the organization by coaching teams, delivering complex analytics, and ensuring effective adoption of the Enterprise Analytics Platform.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead for data, analytics, and data visualization within multiple segments, supporting executive and operational decision-making with data-backed scenarios
Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of analytics leaders, including performance management, goal setting, and career growth
Balance hands-on delivery with coaching and oversight to ensure high-impact analytics outcomes
Establish role clarity, operating norms, and engagement models for the enablement team in a federated analytics structure
Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development aligned to evolving analytics capabilities
Partner with leadership to integrate analytics into strategic planning, performance tracking, and business optimization
Perform and oversee advanced analysis, recommending appropriate statistical, predictive, and visualization methods, tools, and resources for complex business problems
Lead alignment with data governance practices, ensuring analytics solutions adhere to enterprise standards for data quality, security, etc
Promote analytics usage and skills through training, mentoring, and championing best practices in analytics tools and methods
Guide business analytic leaders in building 'one source of truth' via certified, trustworthy, and structured data in the Enterprise Analytics Platform
Run projects to extend foundational data needs and enabling business to make more consistent decisions
Develop analytic metrics that establish a consistent, coherent approach to data
Drive analytics maturity across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
Lead and contribute to the Enterprise Data Analyst Forum
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Analytics or Business or related field
10+ years of experience in analytics, preferably with significant business experience
3+ years leadership experience in a team environment
Demonstrated strength in data modeling, wrangling, and interpretation
Knowledge of functions supporting Analytics
Strong numerical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of Data Analytics is used to provide business insight and bring value to our business partners
Experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data science
Knowledge of enterprise data platforms and analytics tools
Proven Ability to deliver innovative ideas and suggestions to contribute to the direction for Data Analytics within the Organization
Familiarity with project management methodologies
