Responsibilities
Join a collaborative team with three experienced physicians
Referral-driven, medically focused ophthalmology model
Strong in-house subspecialty support in cornea, retina, and glaucoma
Rotating call schedule approximately every 6–8 weeks
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No retail or primary eye care duties
Balance of clinic and procedural time with a manageable workload
Potential for flexible scheduling discussions
Qualification
Required
Optometry (OD) degree holders only
Open to both new graduates and experienced optometrists
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach are essential
Preferred
Residency training preferred but not mandatory
