HubSpot Enablement Lead
Melanin Money is a company dedicated to empowering wealth builders of color. They are seeking a HubSpot Systems & Enablement Lead to manage the operation, documentation, and adoption of HubSpot and CRM-related systems, ensuring their effective use across various teams.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day HubSpot administration (Enterprise), including pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, permissions, and user setup
Maintain CRM hygiene through deduplication, field standardization, tagging, and governance rules
Enforce HubSpot standards and ensure consistent configuration across teams
Ensure HubSpot configuration aligns with documented business processes and operational standards
Manage user onboarding, access changes, and deactivations
Build and maintain HubSpot-native AI agents and intelligent workflows that support internal teams
Use HubSpot workflows and AI features to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and guide correct CRM usage
Ensure agents and workflows are practical, reliable, and aligned with documented processes
Clearly document how agents and workflows function and how teams should use them
Create, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation for all HubSpot-related processes
Translate system logic and automation behavior into clear, team-facing guidance
Maintain a centralized, trusted source of truth for Ops and CRM documentation
Lead HubSpot training and onboarding for new hires and existing team members
Serve as the first line of support for HubSpot and CRM-related questions
Triage and manage system-related requests via Slack or formal intake channels
Identify recurring issues and proactively improve documentation, workflows, or system configuration to reduce repeat questions
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Operations to improve adoption, reliability, and correct usage
Build and maintain intermediate automations using HubSpot workflows and Zapier
Support testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of automations built by the Automation & Systems Specialist
Escalate complex, cross-system, or custom automation needs appropriately
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience in Pro or Enterprise environments, including managing workflows, properties, pipelines, and user permissions
Proven experience creating and maintaining SOPs, documentation, or internal process guides that are actually used by teams
Strong ability to explain systems, workflows, and process logic to non-technical users in a clear, patient, and practical way
Working knowledge of HubSpot workflows and Zapier, including how CRM integrations impact data flow and automation behavior
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets), especially for documentation, organization, and process tracking
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities without losing clarity
Experience supporting Sales and/or Client Success teams in a CRM-driven environment
Experience using HubSpot AI tools or CRM agents
Experience supporting Sales or Client Success teams
Familiarity with coaching, education, or service-based business models
Preferred
Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Zoom Webinars, Stripe, PandaDoc, Spiffy, or Shopify
