EPITEC is seeking a Process Analyst to support Fulfillment Operations. The role involves executing daily activities related to card fulfillment processes, ensuring compliance and exceptional service delivery while maintaining accuracy throughout the operation.

Responsibilities

Review incoming credit and debit card orders via Salesforce and ensure all requests meet operational requirements
Generate, maintain, and track reporting throughout the fulfillment lifecycle
Retrieve cards from secure safes, manually package them, and accurately update internal systems with all relevant details
Monitor and manage cards requiring additional configurations, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed
Coordinate card packaging and verification with team members, and submit completed orders to the mailroom for shipment
Track outgoing shipments, including FedEx deployments, applying knowledge of customs processes where applicable
Maintain clear and thorough documentation throughout each step of the fulfillment process
Proactively research and resolve open items related to fulfillment
Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding fulfillment workflows or specific orders
Deliver clear, concise communication to internal partners and stakeholders

Required

Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with consistent accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with credit card regulatory requirements, banking operations, and card network processes is a plus
