Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership for all facilities, engineering, and infrastructure functions across the healthcare network
Oversee multi-site operations including hospitals, clinics, support buildings, and research facilities
Drive compliance with all applicable healthcare, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead capital planning, budgeting, and execution of major system upgrades and lifecycle replacement programs
Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to align facilities strategy with organisational goals
Champion sustainability, resilience, and reliability across the built environment
Manage relationships with internal teams and external service providers under a performance-based model
Develop talent and build organisational capabilities within facilities operations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior facilities, engineering, or operations leadership in healthcare or related regulated environments
Proven track record leading complex, multi-site portfolios with measurable impact on reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and capital programmes
Effective communicator and strategic partner with experience influencing senior leadership
Preferred
