Responsibilities

Partner with regional sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Conduct client assessments to understand security needs, operational challenges, and business objectives
Design and present customized, integrated security solutions leveraging Securitas’ service portfolio
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including operations, technology, and finance—to develop detailed proposals and pricing models
Deliver compelling solution presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
Support the sales process from prospecting through close, ensuring seamless handoff to operations for implementation
Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions design, or consultative selling—preferably within the security, technology, or facilities management industries
Strong understanding of integrated security solutions, including electronic surveillance, access control, and physical security services
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization platforms
