EHR Support Analyst
The HealthCare Connection is a Federally Qualified Health Center focused on providing quality healthcare services. They are seeking an EHR Support Analyst who will develop and deliver training for the Epic Electronic Health Record and provide day-to-day user support to enhance system use across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain role-based Epic training curriculum and materials for clinical and front-office staff
Create and update tip sheets, quick-reference guides, job aids, and workflow documentation
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing staff
Provide refresher and optimization training to improve user efficiency and adoption
Provide in-person, real-time support during go-lives, upgrades, and workflow changes
Respond to user questions and troubleshoot basic system and workflow issues; escalate complex issues as appropriate
Translate Epic functionality and workflows into clear, practical guidance for end users
Promote standardized workflows and best practices through training and documentation
Assist with maintenance of approved Smart-Tools and training-related system content in accordance with organizational governance
Assist with routine user access and maintenance tasks for assigned systems
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience supporting an electronic health record or health information system in a clinical or ambulatory setting, Epic preferred
Preferred
Associate's degree
OCHIN ESA Training certificate or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
