Responsibilities
Provide financial analysis assistance, including month end close and ad hoc requests
Assist with clerical accounting duties, including lockbox, cash deposits or reviewing credit card chargebacks
Assist with implementing a new company wide financial tool
Complete special projects as assigned by management
Provide backup as directed by supervisor and other duties as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Working towards a degree in Accounting or Finance
Relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting departments
Attention to detail
PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Good oral and written communication
Ability to follow directions
Willingness to learn new processes
Knowledge of accounting practice and procedures
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Good work ethic and habits
