The Associate will be responsible for end-to-end operational support for private client mandates, including trade capture, settlement, cash and asset reconciliation, and full life-cycle asset servicing.

Responsibilities
Capture and maintain all life‑cycle transactions and borrowings in internal systems
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve position or transaction related inquiries
Perform daily cash and position reconciliations
Investigate and resolve breaks between internal systems and trustees/custodians
Monitor the private deal pipeline to ensure operational readiness and timely bookings
Ad Hoc reporting
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of experience in middle office role
Working knowledge of security operations across both Loans and Fixed Income products
Working knowledge of asset life cycle activities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft products, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams on technical issues
Preferred
Advent Geneva, Bloomberg knowledge would be a plus
