Responsibilities
Quickly build a strong understanding of the business, products, and financial drivers to ensure initiatives are commercially sound and strategically aligned
Launch and lead projects with limited information, driving them to measurable business impact
Build trusted, consultative partnerships and align stakeholders across Growth and Platform Solutions around clear problems, outcomes, and execution plans
Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives at speed, with clear scope and ownership, managing complex transformations across multiple Solutions and GTM teams to ensure successful adoption
Adapt roles as needed (orchestrator, facilitator, problem solver, change lead) to unblock teams, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions while maintaining execution rigor
Accelerate alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions by applying SaaS revenue expertise to support scalable, growth-oriented operating models
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional experience across GTM
Experience delivering results in a highly consultative capacity, quickly comprehending complex SaaS business models, GTM processes, and financial data
Effective negotiator and creative problem solver who builds consensus and influences outcomes with executive and cross-functional stakeholders
Proven skills in managing organizational change and transformational initiatives, including the active adoption of AI and Generative tools
Proven drive to manage a high-pressure, cross-functional portfolio, maintaining an aggressive pace and deep expertise in formal program and project methodologies
Must be adaptable to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes in scope and requirements
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree in a related field
Extensive experience in GTM functions and an orchestration- or business-consulting role
