This role involves owning architecture decisions, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring scalable, compliant outcomes in commercial and retail lending.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end nCino solution architecture across Commercial and/or Retail lending
Design scalable nCino and Salesforce solutions aligned with banking best practices
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to define requirements and target-state architecture
Guide configuration across nCino modules (LOS, Credit, Document Manager, workflows, etc.)
Oversee integrations with core banking systems, document repositories, and third-party platforms
Provide technical leadership through build, UAT, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience as an nCino Solution Architect
Strong Salesforce architecture background (Objects, Flows, Security, Integrations)
Deep understanding of banking and lending workflows
Prior experience leading or architecting nCino implementations
Excellent stakeholder-facing communication skills
U.S. work authorization required
