Senior Program Manager- Aerospace Aftermarket Support/Repairs

Responsibilities
Lead and manage aerospace programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SQDC principles
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success
Track program progress, report on key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
Apply lean principles to optimize program processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or contracts management
This position requires U.S. citizenship status
Ability to sit onsite at the Vandalia, OH facility
No remote option for this role
Ability and willingness to travel ~10% based on business needs
Preferred
Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovative solutions and achieve organizational goals
A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within the Aerospace/Aviation industry
Familiarity with GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK operating model
Experience with Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, and Standard Work principles
PMP or similar project management certification
Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and project management tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
