Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads using proven scripts and systems
Conduct open houses that convert conversations into clients
Book appointments and secure signed buyer agreements
Consult with buyers and sellers from first conversation to close
Negotiate offers with leadership support
Master local market and area knowledge
Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings, and training
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in real estate school)
Full-time commitment
Strong communication skills and willingness to practice sales conversations
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow structured systems
Proven history of meeting goals (sales, athletics, leadership, or other high-performance environments preferred)
