Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets and quality control
Coordinating and supervising work with construction crews, subcontractors and clients
Interpreting architectural blueprints and drawings
Inspecting work sites for regulatory compliance and safety
Addressing issues and resolving problems that arise during construction
Provide reports and updates to leaders, project team members, and other stakeholders as necessary
Qualification
Required
1 year project management experience
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
Knowledge of construction practices, engineering principles and building codes
Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans
Proficient with project management software
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field
