Develop and oversee technical architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Design and implement complex BPM solutions and enterprise integrations with technologies like Oracle, LDAP, and Active Directory
Lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams, sharing knowledge and best practices
Resolve technical challenges, oversee deliverables, and ensure high-quality solutions
Manage full software development lifecycle, risk management, and project scope

Required

12+ years of experience, including managing managers and leading technical teams
Expertise in revenue generation, architecture development, issue resolution, and Pega BPM solutions
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in developing and overseeing technical architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Experience in designing and implementing complex BPM solutions and enterprise integrations with technologies like Oracle, LDAP, and Active Directory
Experience in leading, mentoring, and inspiring technical teams, sharing knowledge and best practices
Experience in resolving technical challenges, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality solutions
Experience in managing full software development lifecycle, risk management, and project scope
Proficiency in Java/JEE, Pega BPM, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, SQL, JavaScript, Apache, IIS, and more
Willingness to travel up to 80% (dependent on project needs)

Preferred

Pega Senior System Architect certification preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred
