Responsibilities
Develop and deploy adoption strategies to help engineering teams efficiently transition to the common development environment
Partner closely with onboarding teams to provide high-quality adoption support and remove technical blockers
Create, manage, and execute adoption roadmaps and implementation plans
Set up and own sandbox environments to support technology incubation, testing, and development
Collaborate across teams and departments to accelerate onboarding and enable adoption of Cert DevOps technologies
Mentor, train, and onboard engineers to ensure long-term success and consistency
Operate as a self-starter, managing multiple priorities and responding effectively to unplanned events
Provide clear updates to engineering stakeholders, leadership, and internal customers
Apply strong problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills to support program objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) (or equivalent as permitted by local laws/regulations)
4-5+ years of relevant professional experience
Practical experience across the full software engineering product lifecycle, including all phases of DO-178 certification
Strong knowledge of widely used software development patterns and best practices
Hands-on experience with avionics software development
Experience with DevSecOps practices and implementations
Working experience with tools such as GitLab, Git, CMake, MinGW, LynxOS, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, and Vista
Scripting experience and/or knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, and LAVA
Understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure concepts
Experience working in Agile development environments and following Agile best practices
