Responsibilities
Provide engineering leadership to technical teams, fostering collaboration and creativity while engaging with Boeing teams as well as customers
Lead the planning, design, development, and verification of the F-15SA modernizing programs
Take charge of technical and integration leadership, steering the development and execution of program plans with minimal direction
Oversee the technical baselines and ensure the integration
Respond proactively to changes in Prime Requirements, assessing impacts and negotiating modifications to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules
Take ownership of ensuring that all requirements are accurately allocated to sub-tier requirements
Develop and nurture strong relationships with the United States Air Force (USAF) ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives
Work closely with platform system architects to ensure that the defined architecture aligns seamlessly with other F-15 programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of systems integration experience
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Preferred
Current active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Experience with the F-15 platform
Experience in DOORS & MSOSA
Experience with ongoing capability enhancements for fielded systems
Experiencing managing customer relationships
