Responsibilities
Partner with clients: Build trusted relationships with clients across various industries to deeply understand their operations and challenges
Identify improvement opportunities: Conduct process assessments, value stream mapping, and data analysis to find areas for optimization
Develop solutions: Design and implement lean methodologies, Kaizen principles, and change management strategies to streamline processes and eliminate waste
Train and coach: Lead workshops and training sessions to equip client teams with the tools and knowledge to sustain a culture of continuous improvement
Drive results: Measure and track the success of improvement initiatives, ensuring clear ROI for clients
Qualification
Required
2 to 3 years of experience in Lean and Operational Excellence, preferably in a consulting environment
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Experience and a strong interest in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Exceptional ability to analyze data, identify trends, and root causes of inefficiencies
Ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
A proactive attitude and desire to grow professionally within the field of operational excellence
