Senior Level, Lead/Staff, Director/ExecutiveIboto Empire is seeking a Data Solutions Project Manager who will also serve as Director of Business Operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering data-driven solutions while managing day-to-day operations across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery for data solutions: discovery, requirements, planning, execution, testing, launch, and continuous improvement
Work with stakeholders to define business problems, success metrics, scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones
Lead development of analytics dashboards and decision systems (KPIs, operational dashboards, customer insights, program performance)
Partner with engineering, training, marketing, and media teams to integrate data workflows into products and services
Establish data governance basics: definitions, reporting standards, access controls, documentation, and data-quality checks
Manage risks and dependencies, and maintain clear mitigation plans
Coordinate data ingestion, integration, and automation efforts across tools (CRM, LMS, websites, payment platforms, service platforms)
Ensure solutions are usable: adoption plans, user training, clear documentation, and feedback loops
Run the operating rhythm of the business: weekly leadership reviews, project check-ins, action tracking, and performance reporting to the CEO
Improve internal processes across service delivery, customer onboarding, support, training operations, and product development pipelines
Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and playbooks (intake forms, project charters, status reports, change control, vendor briefs)
Oversee cross-functional resourcing: capacity planning, priorities, deadlines, and workload balancing
Manage vendor relationships and external contractors (scope, timelines, quality, cost control, and accountability)
Coordinate compliance-adjacent operational needs where relevant (data handling practices, client confidentiality, documentation hygiene)
Support budget tracking for projects and operations: forecasting, variance reporting, and spend approvals aligned to CEO direction
Drive continuous improvement using measurable targets and post-project reviews
Serve as a principal point of contact for strategic internal initiatives reporting directly to the CEO
Produce clear executive-ready updates: progress, blockers, decisions required, and next steps
Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence and outcomes
Deliver project charters, schedules, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and stakeholder communication plans
Develop KPI framework and dashboard suite for executives and team leads
Establish a standard delivery workflow used across Iboto Empire projects
Create operational playbooks and SOPs for recurring business functions
Compile quarterly performance review pack: outcomes delivered, lessons learned, and next-quarter roadmap
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Human Genetics and Genomic Data Analytics or related discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical foundation
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Strong data fluency: ability to define metrics, interpret trends, validate data quality, and translate insights into action
Strong operational leadership skills: building processes, driving accountability, and coordinating teams
Excellent communication: executive summaries, technical-to-nontechnical translation, meeting leadership, and documentation discipline
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where you may design the structure as you deliver results
Preferred
Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and/or Python/R for analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data systems (Azure/AWS/GCP basics, databases, ETL concepts)
Experience supporting products or programs in education/training, SaaS, IT services, or digital media operations
PMP/Agile/Scrum exposure (certification not required if you could demonstrate practice)
