The role involves leading platform migration efforts supporting cloud-native deployments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features aligned with business and technical requirements
Lead and contribute to the CA2.1 migration efforts for both DIY and Branch/Phone channels
Provide technical guidance and support to offshore teams helping resolve issues efficiently
Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners QA and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for new features and migration processes
Participate in unit integration and regression testing to ensure robust and reliable software
Monitor application performance and suggest optimizations where necessary
Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
Ensure all development work aligns with security and compliance standards

Required

10+ years of overall experience
Minimum 5+ years in backend development and cloud-native applications
