Support Technician
Suftech Consulting is seeking a Support Technician to provide back-end support for enterprise technology systems. The role involves quality control, user administration, workflow review, and troubleshooting, along with creating documentation and providing customer service to users.

Responsibilities
Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Provide professional technical customer service to users
Qualification
Required
8+ Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
8+ Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
Preferred
1+ Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
3+ Experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
3+ Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
1+ Experience with Microsoft Office 365
1-3 Provide professional technical customer service to users
