Responsibilities
Act as L3 escalation point for complex Agiloft CLM issues
Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, workflow failures, and data issues
Design, build, and maintain custom integrations using:
CLM Logic Apps
REST APIs
Azure-based integration components
Own integration architecture and monitoring strategy
Perform performance tuning and optimization, including:
Workflow efficiency
Data model optimization
API and integration performance
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
Manage escalations to Agiloft Support, including:
Log analysis
Issue reproduction
Coordination through resolution
Define best practices, standards, and guardrails for Agiloft configurations
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to L2 offshore team
Support platform upgrades, patches, and regression testing
Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience with Agiloft CLM
Strong expertise in Agiloft architecture, configuration, and customization
Deep hands-on experience with CLM Logic Apps
Strong experience with REST APIs
Strong experience with Web services
Strong experience with Integration patterns
Solid understanding of Azure / DevOps concepts
Experience in performance tuning and large-scale CLM implementations
Proven experience managing enterprise-level escalations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Agiloft Advanced or Architect-level certification
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for integrations
Exposure to enterprise security and compliance requirements
Experience supporting global CLM implementations
