Responsibilities
Research and evaluate workplaces, materials, and organizations associated with potential asbestos exposure
Conduct thorough interviews with clients, family members, coworkers, and other relevant parties to develop detailed occupational and exposure histories
Prepare clear, well-organized investigative reports and exposure analyses for legal teams
Assist attorneys and paralegals during case preparation, depositions, and trial proceedings
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in asbestos, tort, personal injury, or related investigative work is required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrated analytical skills, particularly in reviewing work histories and identifying exposure patterns and sources
