Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation of Viewpoint for SyteLine, including planning, coordination, testing, and go-live support
Work directly with clients to understand workflows, gather requirements, and ensure proper setup of the solution
Provide user training and documentation to users and assist with process adoption
Coordinate with internal technical and support resources as needed
Maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate status updates
Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse operations
Hands-on functional experience with Infor SyteLine ERP
Demonstrated project management skills; formal certification not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Basic familiarity with MS-SQL (queries, tables, general concepts; no programming required)
Experience with data collection, barcoding, or mobility solutions
