Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our robotics and conventional racking customer base
Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with the system integration and robotics teams to cross-sell and support integrated solutions
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics to management

Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in relevant industries
Ability to travel within the US to customers when required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation skills. Able to negotiate final price and contract terms with the customer
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team oriented. Must be able to work efficiently within the sales team & other departments
Working with a PC to process information with Nedcon software systems
Creating and presenting Presentations and Workshops
Knowledge of markets, system partners, end customers, and competitors
Sales technique focused on projects
Technical knowledge and willingness to further learn Nedcon systems
Legal Contract Terms / 'Killer Criteria'

Preferred

Engineering or similar technical discipline preferred
Preferred experience in material handling and/or industrial automation
Technical/Mechanical background preferred
