Responsibilities

Corporate real estate and office operations
Maintaining and enhancing our business continuity program
Expanding the breadth and value of strategic procurement as an enterprise function
Advancing our Environmental, Social and Governance/Responsible Ownership program
Additional operational functions including management of applicable technologies, budgeting and internal reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, ideally within a CPA firm or professional services environment
Demonstrated success managing multi‑office operations and large, cross‑functional teams
Strong understanding of firm workflows, regulatory requirements, and seasonal business cycles
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change‑management skills
Experience with practice management systems, workflow tools, and accounting technology platforms
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm and with external partners

Preferred

MBA or CPA preferred
