VyStar Intern – Human Resources, Total Rewards

Responsibilities
Support the Total Rewards department, including the Compensation and Benefits team
Assist with key projects and initiatives across Compensation and Benefits
Support Compensation reporting and processes, gaining insight into how pay structures and analytics drive business decisions
Learn to leverage Compensation tools for data analysis and reporting, developing practical technical skills
Partner with the HR Benefits Leave of Absence team on audit preparation and vendor management, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college/university
Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 preferred
Participation in college organizations and the community
