Responsibilities
Service, diagnose, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and document all work accurately
Test electrical circuits, controls, piping, and connections
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and resolutions
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and mobile reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years servicing HVAC systems in commercial or industrial settings
Strong job stability — consistent work history is important
Proven troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in the field
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Must pass drug screening and background check
Clean driving record required
Preferred
Data center experience highly desirable
Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred
CFC/EPA certification preferred
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
