Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting

Assist with planning for quarterly reporting (prepare quarterly calendars and request lists)
Prepare quarterly SEC filings (Earnings package, SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K)
Prepare supporting schedules and tie-outs
Perform peer group SEC filing research
Prepare requests for external auditors
Prepare GAAP checklist for external auditors
Prepare quarterly lender reporting packages

Required

Team player
Good communication and writing skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
US GAAP knowledge
Public accounting, publicly-traded or private company reporting experience (2 - 4 years)
Analytical and problem solving skills
Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF software knowledge
CPA license

Preferred

SEC reporting knowledge is a plus (not required)
Real estate experience is a plus (not required)
WDesk software experience is a plus (not required)
MRI software experience is a plus (not required)
