Responsibilities
Perform onsite and field office support for planning, managing, and completing construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and financial goals
Monitor and document on-site processes for compliance with drawings, codes, security, safety, and risk management
Assist in overseeing project design and construction, including schedules, work plans, and alignment with deadlines
Conduct construction observations with daily reports, photos, and coordination of activities across all project phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in construction-related field with 5+ years managing large projects (new construction, renovations, MEP systems)
Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and principles, including scheduling, quality, and safety
Skilled in coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, and reporting project status clearly
Experienced in reviewing drawings, specs, contracts, inspections, and tracking work progress with strong problem-solving skills

CMIT/CCM
USACE QCM
experience with data center/complex MEP projects
