Commercial Growth Enablement Analyst

The Commercial Growth Enablement Analyst role is designed to provide hands-on experience in supporting proposals, sales content, and prospecting initiatives, while working closely with experienced team members across the Commercial GET organization.

Responsibilities
Monitor and triage incoming requests, routing work to the right GET team or owner
Handle quick-turn requests like finding client stories, reusable slides, or firm information
Track requests and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
Help document and improve repeatable processes that reduce manual work
Assist with supplier questionnaires and due diligence requests
Respond to standard 'About Huron' questions and gather required documentation
Coordinate with Legal, GRC, and the Pursuits Team on more complex questions
Help track new clients and engagements in Salesforce
Support reference coordination and approvals for active pursuits
Use AI tools to help create first drafts of sales assets like sell sheets, deck outlines, slides, and newsletters using established guidance
Assist with content quality checks, formatting, and publishing in Seismic
Help maintain content inventories so assets stay current and easy to find
Support seller enablement sessions and trainings, including logistics and communications
Assist account teams with meeting prep, agendas, and client materials
Support events by helping manage lead lists, Salesforce campaigns, and basic ROI tracking
Help analyze outreach efforts and summarize results from email campaigns and cadences
Support sales tools like Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator by tracking usage and helping with updates
Conduct light market and competitive research and summarize insights for account teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools
Interest in sales enablement, consulting, or go-to-market work
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
Preferred
Exposure to proposals, sales support, marketing, or operations
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Canva, or similar platforms
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
