Service Desk Analyst I, Information Technology - Towson, MD
Sheppard Pratt is a community of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing hope and healing. The Service Desk Analyst I is responsible for delivering excellent customer support and timely resolution of service issues raised by end users across the organization.
Responsibilities
User account provisioning and de-provisioning
Installation of workstations and applications, including anti-virus and anti-malware
Provide prompt and courteous customer service based on department needs
Determine and recommend products based on company needs and IT protocol
Qualification
Required
Associate degree with a concentration in IT or 1 year of IT experience
