Responsibilities
Supports daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews with LCCE leadership, leveraging strong executive presence to communicate insights, influence decisions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Coordinates cross-functional resources and interdependencies across PMO, RSM, and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring program cohesion and timely delivery
Communicates program and project status clearly and professionally to stakeholders at all levels through both verbal updates and executive-ready written reports
Eager to support broader strategic initiatives, contributing ideas, energy, and structure to high-impact programs beyond core responsibilities
Qualification
Required
BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Design, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Critical thinker who takes initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with many personality types
Intermediate level of experience utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and an understanding of visual hierarchy
Analytical with proven ability to conduct data analysis that drives decisions and supports data storytelling
Project and/or process management experience
Experience in change management, or related, enterprise-wide
Experience in utility industry, including multiple functional areas
Experience in process improvement
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
