Proven experience in team management and client management

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Prior experience working with Life Sciences or Pharma clients

Salesforce certifications (Technical Architect, Application Architect, or related)

Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
