Responsibilities
Design, implement, stabilize, and maintain automation test frameworks using Java, Selenium, BDD, and TestNG
Develop and execute automated and exploratory tests to ensure high product quality
Ensure strong test coverage across features and user stories
Estimate, plan, prioritize, and coordinate in-sprint, regression, and release testing
Define and contribute to Quality Engineering scope, methodologies, and tools
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
Work with Git and branching strategies
Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, product managers, architects, and QA leadership
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Drive and improve quality processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in test automation
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, BDD, TestNG
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Agile/Scrum experience
