Creative Graphic Designer
Navigo Marketing is a growth partner for modern beauty and wellness brands, seeking a Creative Designer to build performance-driven visual assets. The role involves designing for Amazon and paid social channels, collaborating with brand managers to create assets that convert and analyzing performance to propose iterations.

Responsibilities
Design assets for one or more of the following:
Amazon and marketplaces: product images, A+ content, storefronts, display ads
Paid social: static and animated ads, short-form video assets, carousels
Adapt and extend visual systems for platforms like Ulta.com, Sephora.com, and Amazon
Partner with brand managers to turn briefs into performance-aligned creative
Translate campaign goals into testable creative concepts
Help analyze what’s working and propose iterations based on performance
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or CPG
Experience in either marketplace creative or paid social creative
Understanding of how content performs differently across placements and platforms
Strong visual instincts and attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Preferred
Bonus: motion graphics, short-form video editing, or light animation skills
