Ensure Firm compliance with regulations governing the handling of Client Complaints
Investigate, research, and resolve a large volume of assigned cases
Communicate the firm's decision to the client in a formal written format
Handle various operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including Settlement processing and Privacy Opt Out processing
Manage incoming telephone calls
Other projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
