Responsibilities
Advise on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital allocation
Provide guidance on sector, stage, and geographic focus
Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility
Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the ecosystem
Advise fund managers and sponsors on investment strategy, thesis development, and market positioning
Help define target sectors, investment themes, and portfolio construction frameworks
Support capital allocation, risk management, and portfolio diversification strategy
Provide diligence strategy, valuation guidance, and transaction execution support
Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and investment evaluation
Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance
Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Qualification
Required
Experience as an operator, ex-investment banker, fund manager, or senior consultant
Proven record of building investment theses, structuring deals, and leading investment initiatives
Ability to advise on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital allocation
Experience in defining target sectors, investment themes, and portfolio construction frameworks
Knowledge of capital allocation, risk management, and portfolio diversification strategy
Experience providing diligence strategy, valuation guidance, and transaction execution support
Ability to mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and investment evaluation
Experience providing portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance
Ability to participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions
Strong deal networks and experience in investor relations and network strategy
Preferred
Experience in investment thesis development and strategy formulation
Experience in deal sourcing strategy and investment screening criteria
Experience in operational and portfolio company value creation strategy
Experience in mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts
