Responsibilities
Manage the selection process by analyzing party rankings, verifying arbitrator availability, and appointing panels in accordance with established procedural rules
Review and process arbitration pleadings to determine proper panel composition
Lead the end-to-end scheduling of pre-hearing conferences and hearings, including managing telephonic conferences, reserving hearing rooms, and coordinating with off-site vendors
Serve as a professional point of contact for legal counsel and arbitrators
Review and process critical documents, including arbitrator oaths, postponement requests, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in a high-volume office, legal, or regulatory environment
High School Diploma
Skills in electronic file management, case management systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience reviewing legal pleadings or working within an arbitration or litigation framework
