Responsibilities
Technology Investment Optimization – You’ll work with our team of finance & accounting experts to streamline the planning process & build financial models that provide organizations with real-time analytics & insight opportunities to reduce expenses. You will help connect the dots between technology and finance to shift from running the business to transforming the business
Process Optimization – Technology has grown at a rapid pace, and with that speed comes inefficiencies. You’ll empower technology and business stakeholders to define enterprise processes that break down internal silos, enabling automation and enhanced decision-making. You will lead clients in successfully absorbing transformation through organizational change management activities such as stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training
Product Management – What are an organization’s products and services? You will work to help define those offerings, how they will go from idea to outcome, and who will be accountable for managing the product and or service like a small business. You will work to define the value that can be received by the product by measuring benefit statements against the associated costs to deliver
Software Engineer – Help clients reach their business objectives through designing and building technical solutions. You will leverage problem-solving skills to address complex challenges with creative solutions and best-in-class technology
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
Preferred
Strong academic course load and performance -- background in business, consulting, engineering and/or computer science preferred
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise and structured manner
Eagerness to work in a team environment with colleagues across organizational levels
Interest in how corporations use technology to enhance strategy and operations
