Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
Willingness to travel 20% (Territory includes Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington)
Preferred
Experience in financial services or advisor recruiting
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
Familiarity with multi-office or remote team support
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to create and implement change, drives results, and holds others accountable. Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions
Strong project management and strategic execution skills
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities
