Responsibilities
Support Supply Chain planning to the Performance Materials site
Planning to include: master planning, production planning, inventory management, and raw material planning
Collaboration and communication across different functions of the organization will be required
The functions include Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Procurement, and other parts of Supply Chain
Create monthly master production schedule based off of forecasts and actual orders
Ongoing adjustments/support to plan will be required
Monitors sales forecasts vs. actual sales, while developing corrective actions for deviations
Coordinates demand needs thru production plans within SAP. Aligns with finite scheduling accordingly
Ordering of raw materials based on customer demand while considering days of inventory on hand
Day to day responsibilities to also align with yearly KPIs including delivery reliability, inventory management, and manufacturing optimization
Qualification
Required
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Supply Chain planning (required)
Preferred
BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) system preferred
Experience in a Chemical industry supply chain environment preferred
